Monastary Avenue
In collaboration with Bronzie Design Build. A new-build residential project with a warm industrial flare. Elevated finishes and a high attention to detail was paid to feel worthy of the best view of downtown Cincinnati. Minimal and clean lines paired with plenty of wood elements to keep the industrial rooted space from feeling too cold. The staircase is a statement with the wood slat wall detail and routed edges. Other notable details include the black plaster ceilings, wood-slat ceilings, white oak full-paneled walls, and custom corten steel bookcases.
